Responding to your commercial enquiries and catalogue requests. Legal basis: your consent and/or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Retention periods

We keep your data for as long as the business relationship or interest in our services lasts and, once it ends, for the legally required periods in order to address any possible liabilities. To provide our services we work with providers that act as data processors and only process your data in accordance with our instructions:

Sending of communications and notifications (Resend): manages the sending of form emails. It processes data in the United States, covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
Web analytics (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Google Ireland/LLC): analyses use of the site only if you give your consent. This may involve processing data in the United States, covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. IP addresses are processed in anonymised form.
Commercial communications (Mailchimp, Intuit Inc.): manages the sending of our commercial communications and the catalogue to those who have consented. It processes data in the United States, covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
Infrastructure and database (Supabase / Lovable Cloud): data is hosted on our technology provider's infrastructure. We are verifying and documenting the exact location of the servers and, where applicable, the international transfer safeguards that apply; we will update this policy with that information.

6. International transfers

Some of the providers listed process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR: the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
